How does TxLRS work?

An individual with a legal situation, question or concern can contact the TxLRS.  The TxLRS will need some basic information related to the situation and where the situation occurred, if there is an existing court case and if so what county is that case located, who is involved, etc.  This will allow the TxLRS to make the most appropriate referral by matching the needs of the prospective client with the appropriately referred lawyer.

The prospective client will receive via text or email a listing of referred lawyer that they can contact.  Typically this list will contain up to 3 referred lawyers for the client to contact.  The referred lawyer will be notified that the client has been given their contact information and receive a short synopsis of the situation.

The prospective client should contact the lawyer to discuss their situation and any associated fees.

Is to the prospective client for using the TxLRS?

No, the prospective client will never pay a fee to the TxLRS.  This service is free.
